Hello, my name is Shawanda Chaney.
I created this blog in the mind of myself and others that have a hard time staying motivated when it come to exercising. I have tried to workout on many occasion and find myself stopping. This time I decided to go all out. I am already in shape but not fit like I desire. My hobbies are belly dancing, riding on the trail, going to the gym, yoga, kickboxing, painting, poetry, writing, ready, self-healing and anything that allow me to relax.
You can do anything that you set your mind to!! You can do it! I know what you mean by not having enough motivation!!
